Clinical Rotations Short Note

AIM/The medical University of Lodz has 6 affiliated hospitals with ACGME-approved Core and Elective clinical rotations, two hospitals in Connecticut, one that offers Internal Medicine & General Surgery and several electives, the other hospital offers OB-GYN, one hospital in Louisiana, which offers Psychiatry, one hospital in West Virginia which offers Family Medicine and several Electives, another hospital in Indiana which offers Family Medicine, a Chicago hospital which offers Family Medicine, Ob/Gym, and several Electives. Also, we have our large UK-affiliate hospital, Epsom General Hospital/St. Heliers, just outside of London, which offer all Cores and Electives back to back. And, of course, we have the affiliated Med U of Lodz hospitals in Poland.
 
The Medical University of Lodz requires that all students complete their Core rotations through our affiliate hospitals, preferably in the located in Lodz. There are free to locate Elective Rotations on their own. However, these Electives must be approved by MUL. It is important to note that passage of Part 1 of the USMLE is necessary in order to complete rotations in US.

However, passage of Part 1 is not necessary, at the present time, for our UK and Polish Clinical Rotations.
