Division of Studies in English

On  8th June 2010 students of Division of Studies in English celebrated  Graduation Ceremony .
This year, for the first time diplomas were conferred to the graduates of the 6 year MD program, who started their education in academic year 2004/2005,  and for the 4th time to the 4 year MD program graduates.

Altogether  there were 35 students, coming from different countries like USA, Canada Taiwan, Norway, Zambia, Malaysia, Turkey, Great Britain, entitled to get the doctor’s diplomas in academic year 2009/2010.

 Students taking part in this ceremony came with their guests- family members and friends. All the participants of the ceremony  were honored by presence of Director of Public Health Department  - Mr. Maciej Prochowski and Director of English Programs at Clark University – Mr. Daniel Nicols.

After solemn speeches delivered by the University Authorities’ Representatives, the graduates solemnly took the Hippocratic Oath and were given diplomas with congratulations by The Vice Rector – Prof. Dariusz Nowak and The Military-Medical faculty Deans- Prof.Zbigniew Baj and Prof.Andrzej Lubiński, directly responsible for the Studies in English.

Among spontaneous ovations of their friends, students from lower years and moved to tears relatives the graduates were posing for commemorative photos. The photo session was followed by unofficial part when all the participants had a chance to try delicious food  at the same time having the possibility to chat to one another , refresh some memories form their stay in Poland and talk about plans for further steps of their  professional careers.
