Before arriving to Lodz

Your first place to visit after arriving to Lodz is International Relations Office, Al.Kosciuszki 4 , room 24.
You should bring with you and present in the International Relations Office some documents (it is mandatory):

• Passport
• 4 passport photographs
• European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) or form 111(English or Polish translations)
• Official statement from your home University declaring Erasmus grant received or another proof of student's financial resources such as a bank statement
• Health document stating a good health condition, also the record of mandatory vaccination against Hepatitis B, Tuberculosis, Tetanus/Diphteria, Measles (Rubeola), Rubella, Mumps, Polio, Varicella (Chicken Pox). 

First Days

After your arrival to Lodz, visit our IRO to receive information package about our University. We will arrange for you a Student Card  and we will help you to find yourself at new place.

During your stay

You can visit International Relations Office during opening hours (Mon - Fri  8 a.m. - 5 p.m.) or by arrangement made by e-mail. We will try to help you with all issues concerning your stay at our University. Departmental Coordinator will help you with academic issues.
